Job Details

Finance Manager role for a global media/TV production company as a based in Central London. It will be an all-rounder role with an FP&A focus. £65K + Benefits.

The Client

Our client is an award winning and international media & TV production business based in Central London. They produce bespoke content for both advertising and TV programs (household name brands & series) and are a globally recognised business.

Whilst a large business, this Finance Manager position sits in a team of 7 and has 3 direct reports. They are a close-knit unit however there is also a larger group finance function which offers both scope for continued progression/lateral movements alongside a strong team dynamic across the business.

Description

The Role

The Finance Manager role reports into the Finance Director and will have the following key responsibilities, taking ownership of the day to day management of the divisions finance:

  • Ownership of Finance Function - Produce and Manage Month End Processes and Consolidation
  • Business Partnering - Production Teams + Production Senior Leadership
  • FP&A - Ownership of Forecasts, Budgets, 3 Year Plans. Provide Ad Hoc Analysis and Commentary in Support of the Finance Director (Assisting with Strategic Decision Making)
  • Line Management - Oversee a team of 3 Part-Qualified Individuals
  • Profile

    What's Needed

  • Professional Qualification - ACA/ACCA or CIMA
  • Previous production accounting/media/TV exposure highly desirable
  • Need to be able to show a working understanding of a production accounting cycle
  • Line management experience essential
  • Able to commute to Central London
