Your New Role


Working within the accounts payable team you will process daily invoices, resolve supplier queries and liaise with onsite contacts. Process payments for all entities via BACS, CHAPS, IAT's, cheque, credit card, cash and using online facilities in accordance with agreed mandates for both UK and foreign suppliers. Maintain and update the computerised supplier accounts to ensure accuracy of records. Prepare cash book records


What You'll Need To Succeed


Have achieved AAT Level 2 or higher
Have excellent MS excel skills
Excellent numeracy skills
Pay great attention to detail
2 Years' experience within bookkeeping.
Have a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting
Understanding of CIS scheme
Have a good understanding of the accounts code book
Understand ISO procedures
