What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful and have the potential to progress in this role, you will need to be skilled in assisting with the production of management accounts for cost and income managers, quarterly forecasts & annual budgets and updating various financial models. Confidence in variance analysis and associated commentary on budgets and forecasts is key, as well as the ability to challenge current practices to increase profitability.
