Risk Manager - Prestigious Institution - 6 month assignment

This interim Risk Manager role is with a very recognisable and prestigious academic institution with campuses in the UK and in Asia.

Your new role
Whilst they already have a well established Risk Management function, you will be responsible for and champion a 'refresh' initiative. This will involve re-writing some risk management policies, updating the ERM risk register and help implement a new risk management software which will increase automation and formalise the scaling of risk appetite. The engagement of senior stakeholder is absolutely critical in order to succeed with this project.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a relevant risk management qualification (e.g. IRM). Strong generalist risk management experience is essential, especially Enterprise Risk Management. You must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to communicate effectively with senior clients who have no prior risk management knowledge.

What you'll get in return
£40,000-£50,000
