About our programme:
Our Graduate Finance Programme is an in house, a 3-year rotational programme designed to support and empower you to develop your career. It comprises of a number of placements across our Shared Service Centre, Tax, Audit and Group Finance departments. These placements are designed to develop your leadership and interpersonal skills and enable you to reach your potential and increase your technical knowledge.
Alongside the rotational graduate programme, you will be included in our graduate development programme which is delivered through 6 core modules and aims to provide you with the personal knowledge and skills to help you in your career at Galliford Try.
All graduates are supported with achieving the relevant professional membership e.g. CIMA
What we’re looking for:
- Graduates from a Finance or Business Studies (or similar) background
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion, flexibility, resilience and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build positive working relationships
- Self-starters, independent thinkers and positive role models
- Highly motivated, self-confident individuals who enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location:
The primary location is Hinckley however, the role requires flexibility and geographical mobility. During the three-year programme, you will undertake placements based at various offices across the UK.
