Accounts Manager - Warrington - £23000 - £28000 - 9 Month FTC
Your new company
Our client is a services company working with the oil and gas industry, they are a global company with many opportunities for staff members. They are based in the heart of London, the offices are beautiful and they have been recently refurbished and build for the company.
Your new role
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, with a great opportunity to work in a team of 50 in Finance. There are many opportunities for this role to turn permanent position. It is a close knit team with brilliant environment to work in.
Duties will be:
- Day to day accounting for multiple HQ companies
- Full transactional responsibility - Purchase Ledger, Sales ledger, Credit Control
- Setting up bank payments Performing bank reconciliations
- Performing reconciliations of intercompany accounts Intercompany group invoicing
- Perform month-end closing (accruals, prepayments, capitalisation, revaluations)
- Production of monthly cash flows
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Quarter end accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Investigate and resolve internal or external queries
- Support the wider finance team with any ad hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
Experience using the systems Navision have great communication skills with the ability to work within a team and ideally working towards a professional qualification.
