Financial Accountant

Interim Financial Accountant for a Pharmaceutical company based in North Essex

My client is a niche Pharmaceutical business based in North Essex. They have an urgent requirement for an Interim Financial Accountant to assist with a short term project to reconcile and clear historical balances and assist with audit preparation. This role will be for a minimum of 2-3 months and reporting into the Group Financial Controller. Main responsibilities will include :

• P&L reconciliations and commentary
• Balance sheet reconciliations
  Assist with the Year-End reconciliations process
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Statutory accounts preparation
• Audit preparation

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following experience/qualifications:

• A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience of using SAP and Excel
• It is important you have experience of managing the year-end process and preparing audit files
