Interim Finance Business Partner

Your new company - a high profile Central Government department is looking for an interim Finance Business Partner to work in a Business Partnering and supportive capacity for the organisations plans in preparing for EU Exit. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work at the heart of Government, supporting the delivery of one of the Government highest priorities.

Your new role - These roles involve collaborating with colleagues across the Group, acting as the face of Finance and taking finance to the heart of decision making. You will act as a critical friend to the business ensuring good stewardship of public funds and efficient and effective use of budgets.

What you'll need to succeed - You will be a qualified accountant with substantial experience of working in a complex finance function. You will need to show that you have the skills to provide insight and clear strategic understanding to ensure financial objectives are embedded into the decision making process, be a strong networking and be able to influence senior stakeholders in a professional manor. Experience of working in a Central Government or public sector environment is essential.
