The role is a temporary position for 6 months with the view to become permanent.

They are implementing Netsuite and specifically require someone who has either worked on Netsuite or worked for a company during a systems implementation.

Description

This role, Accounts Assistant with Netsuite (Temporary assignment), involves:

- Assisting with the systems changeover to Netsuite

- Knowledge of Netsuite or a systems implementation is needed

- Processing the AP and AR

- Bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations

- Intercompany reconciliations

- Account reconciliations

- Cash management and petty cash reconciliations

- Credit card reconciliations

- Accountancy focused

- Based in London West End

Profile

The candidate we are looking for, Accounts Assistant with Netsuite (Temporary assignment), must:

1. Have worked on Netsuite or worked for a company during a systems implementation

2. Be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 weeks notice

3. Be happy to commit to a temporary assignment for 6 months, with the view to become permanent
