Your new company
A leading industry business and brand are actively recruiting for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Finance Business Partner. The role will report in the Financial Controller and will aim to be the voice between finance and the operations departments of the business.

Your new role
To be successful you will be expected to provide support to all operational divisions and wider management team, focusing on ensuring spending is under control, waste is minimalised and revenue growth initiatives are carried out always. Furthermore, you will support budgeting and forecasting processes through providing data insights and challenging decision makers constructively. In addition, you will own all reporting including Management packs, KPI's process improvement initiatives, cash flow, variance and commentaries, alongside demonstrating best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified, with previous experience in manufacturing or FMCG ideally. Furthermore, you will have strong experience in commercial finance and business partnering, with an eye for efficiency and process improvement. You will need to demonstrate that you are an effective communicator at all levels of the business, team player and also possess excellent attention for detail. Problem solving abilities and comfortable handling/manipulating big data will prove helpful.
