Your new company are a fast growing, dynamic business based in Basingstoke. Due to extreme growth, the business are seeking an experienced AP Team Leader to grow and develop the AP team.

Your new role
As the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Accounts Payable Clerks to ensure invoices are processed within deadlines.
Key duties:

• Managing the team's performance (1:1's, KPI reporting, training etc)
• Responsible for high profile, key accounts
• Escalation point for queries
• Support the AP Manager

What you'll need to succeed

• AP experience
• Experience managing a team of AP clerks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
