The role is within the Estate Agency business which forms part of the LSL Property Services Group plc including such brands as Your Move & Reeds Rains. A new opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk within our Head Office on Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. The role will be working within a large and busy team. Role Detail - Key responsibilities will include: - Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices - Dealing with supplier queries - Reconciling supplier statements - Liaising with internal staff to resolve any invoice queries - Assisting the management with any requirements The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is motivated with good attention to detail. They will ideally have purchase ledger / accounts payable experience (although not compulsory) along with good IT skills including Excel.
