Here's what a typical day will look like: Day to day bookkeeping including raising sales invoices and processing purchase invoices Daily bank reconciliations? Monthly Management accounts Producing weekly cash flows? Producing site appraisals and project cash flows Regular reviews of debtors and creditors? Filing quarterly VAT returns? Dealing with all accounts queries? Processing bank payments including wages Submitting CIS returns Preparation of Valuations and CIS statements?? Preparing KPI's? Expenses management? Providing support when require to the in-house Payroll Criteria: The ideal candidate must have at least 2- 3 year's experience in a similar role and have a good knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts.
