An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Assistant to work for a thriving manufacturing company based in the Tividale area, this opening will be a temporary ongoing role and a view for the right person to go permanent. The responsibilities for this role are;
• Dealing with the purchase ledger ensuring deadline are being met
• Credit control and chasing any outstanding depts
• Processing weekly / month payrolls
• Producing of monthly reports
• Bank reconciliations
• Supporting management with backlogs within the company and ensuring workload is being brought up to date
• Requesting invoicing details and following up to make sure payment is made
• Using Sage Line 50 along with Inputting of data using Excel spreadsheets creating pivot tables and Vlook-ups Successful candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Knowledge SAGE line 50
• Strong knowledge with Excel Spreadsheets covering pivot tables and Vlook-ups
• AAT Qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to multi-task, as this is a busy office environment with a small close knit team
Salary:
£9.62 - £11.54 per hour (£20,000 - £24,000) Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm with 1 hour for lunch This position requires someone who is able to commit to an Immediate start Please call the branch on to have a further conversation, or To apply please select the apply button
