Axon Moore are currently recruiting for a successful company based in the Loughborough area. They are looking for a General Assistant Accountant with some Sales Ledger experience. Duties / Responsibilities - Ensure the accurate submission of electronic invoices on customer portals on a daily basis. - posting invoices to customers where electronic invoices cannot be sent on a daily basis. - Manage the Sales Ledger inbox on a daily basis. - Raise manual sales invoices on a weekly and monthly basis, including sundry rental invoices. - Record sales ledger cash book entries in the accounting software and allocate to invoices and credit notes accurately on a daily basis. - Open new sales ledger accounts within the accounting system. - Raise all appropriately authorised credit notes on a daily basis. - Support the finance team in ad hoc projects. - Support the quarterly bank audit process.
