If you have had strong exposure within the property or retail sectors, this could be the ideal position. Whilst their brand is better known within the entertainment sector, the business is currently growing their property portfolio and exposure to the subsequent analysis, modelling, cash flows and an ability to produce/present relevant management information will be key to your success. The role will be liaising with investors and stakeholders at all levels, including senior, non-finance stakeholders. Therefore, the ability to communicate effectively is essential, and your personality and team fit will be as important as your technical knowledge/ability. The Department has seen substantial growth and the strategic plan in place will allow for continued development opportunities. You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a 'can do' attitude, a commercial approach and a desire to help build something of value. .
