Senior Credit Controller

Your new company
Your new company is an innovative industry-leading multi-site business who have their head office here in Watford. This company is well-established and has a large credit team. They have a strong work ethic and can also offer longer term opportunities as well as temporary positions.

Your new role
You'll be working as a Senior Credit Controller and your responsibilities will include; managing the invoice queries for your portfolio, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a speedy resolution. Analyse and prepare data for regular conference calls and face to face customer meeting. Drive & support the team to deliver monthly targets, reducing the overall aged debt, DSO and unallocated cash. Champion cross departmental collaboration. Point of escalation for credit controllers. Manage the credit teams call quality requirements working with third party company. Call coaching and regular consistent feedback.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have at least 2 years of supervisory experience within a high achieving target driven environment. You will be a team player and work well within a medium to large sized team. Dedicated and hard working. You will need good excel skills.

What you'll get in return
You'll be paid £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and will work a 37.5 hour week. You'll be working for an industry leading organisation with parking on site in a recently renovated office space.
