Credit control position - up to £23,000 - 9 month maternity cover with opportunities to become permanent

Your new role

You will have the responsibility of the full credit control process, reporting directly to the credit manager. This role involves building strong relationships both internally and externally, making a high volume of telephone calls to collect payments or negotiate payment plans, reconcile accounts, raise credit notes and carry out credit risk assessments. While this is initially a 9 month maternity cover, there is genuine opportunity to develop and progress within the Finance team and therefore this role could become permanent.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to have start to finish credit control experience, have worked in a fast paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. Alongside this you will be well organised and confident while addressing conflict in a professional manner.
