Finance Manager - South West London - Global Business - £55,000-£65,000 10% Bonus A global business based in South West London currently has an opportunity for a Finance Manager to lead the Management Accounting and analysis function. You will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of 4 direct reports, whilst also helping to establish a foster of continuous improvement. Working for a exciting business with a big digital presence, you will be part of an international group and an instantly recognisable brand. Finance Manager - Key Duties: - Lead and train a team of 4 direct reports - Head of the management accounting and bank reconciliation function. - Deliver monthly reporting accurately and in a timely fashion, continuously looking for more efficient ways of running processes - Create a continuous improvement culture across the finance team - Implement a robust financial controls framework. - Communicate with and challenge non-finance stakeholders - Clearly communicate financial reporting, analysis and - Streamline reporting and financial processes You will be a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant with a previous track record of delivering improvements in reporting processes, and developing people. Experience within a large finance team would be desirable as well as extensive management accounting and VAT experience. This is very much a "continuious improvement" role. Whilst providing monthly management accounts is the key repsonsibility, performance will be measured on the positive impact that you have on how things are done and the training and development of your team. Very well suited to a "people person" with a strong financial controls and accounting background.
