Key responsibilities An exciting opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to prove themselves over a 6 month placement and take ownership of some interesting change projects within a dynamic finance team working alongside the Finance Director. You would... Work closely with our Finance Director to lead and manage the company's system migration to Xero . Provide guidance and support across the finance team. Review and improve the credit control , financial accounts and payroll processing activities. Take a lead on resolving complex credit control and accounts payable matters. Establish robust and transparent financial and management accounting systems . Support the team for the 2019/20 audit . Requirements Newly qualified accountant ( CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW ). Preferably a background in Audit . Experience in Xero (Quickbooks experience would be helpful). Experience in an accounts system migration would be desirable. Experience working within the recruitment industry environment. Attention to detail . Strong team-worker . Drive to tackle challenges. A self-starter, with a 'can do' attitude. Ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
