My client is an international Venture Capitalist in West London with £500m in assets under management. As a Finance Analyst in the London office you will support the Finance Manager in the running of the finance, regulatory compliance and reporting for the UK office, as well as reporting and finance tasks for the investment funds. Duties: Support the preparation and review of financial statements for the investment funds with support from external administrators Support the preparation of quarterly reporting presentations for Investors Liaise with the investment team for reporting and operational queries Support the preparation and review of capital account statements for Investors Monitor and control of investors capital movements (capital calls, distributions, etc) Monitor and reconciliation of fund cash movements on weekly basis Cash reconciliation of UK legal entity accounts on weekly basis Maintain budget and analyse it against actual performance Liaise with external accountants of UK legal entity on a regular basis to provide information as needed Experience Finance qualification either part or qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Financial Services experience preferred (Banks, Asset Management, Insurance) Understanding of IFRS and financial instruments Excel Proficient - Ability to autonomously build complex spreadsheets and financial models (beyond valuations) VBA or other Coding language - preferred If you are interested in the role, please apply below ASAP.
