The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all management and statutory information as well as being the main day to day finance contact to the business. The post holder shall be responsible for; Control of all nominal ledger inputs for group companies Efficient, accurate and timely completion of the month end process through to submission of monthly P&Ls Posting accruals, prepayments and any other necessary month end final journals Review of monthly P&L and all inputs Ensure that key month end balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed (bank, accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register, sales ledger, purchase ledger) Management of a small finance team VAT returns Budgets and forecasts Assisting the FD on due diligence The role reports to the FD and we are looking for an industry trained ACCA or ACMA or practice trained ACA / ACCA with post qualified experience in industry.
