We are currently recruiting for our client for a Part time Finance Manager for there vibrant office function based in Edinburgh city centre. Our client can be flexible on days and hours worked but are looking for someone to work 28 hours per week. The candidate will be responsible for taking full ownership from start to finish. The role will involve Recording all financial information through there Sage accounting software Preparation of monthly management accounts and other monthly and quarterly management information Preparation of VAT Returns Preparation of annual budgets and monitoring of forecasts against actuals Responsibility for cash flow management and liaison with the bank Preparation of annual accounts for LLP and subsidiary companies Responsibility for annual billing of clients under the Tax Investigation Insurance Scheme Overall responsibility for Sage accounts software including reconciliations Supervision of a Finance Assistant Ad hoc reporting requirements and other duties as required Our client is ideally looking for a candidates that can develop and demonstrate an understanding of the business and provide an excellent service from finance to help the business achieve its financial targets, strong Ms Excel skills are essential for the role along with a proactive attitude, Sage experience would also be advantageous.
