Credit Controller Up to £25,000 Woolwich, London A leading national food supplier is currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join its busy team based in Woolwich. Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, your duties will include: Collection of customer debt via telephone and email communication Providing day to day management and reconciliation of accounts Allocation of cash in a timely and accurate manner using customer remittances Dealing with and resolving customer queries to ensure payments are received to terms Ensuring that debt is chased internally before passing to insurers or solicitors Ensuring customers receive statements/invoices Running credit checks where necessary Monthly reporting of overdue debt Skills/Experience Required: Previous experience in a busy credit control/finance environment A high level of numeracy and accuracy Excellent analytical skills and focus Ability to allocate incoming payments accurately Good communication and interpersonal skills The ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel If you are interested in this vacancy please contact CWC Recruitment Ltd.
