Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of accounts. Maximise cash-flow & reduction of bad debt. Contacting overdue accounts by phone, email & letter. Processing payments. Account reconciliation & query resolution. Liaising with Insolvency Service & 3rd party companies/ solicitors in cases of IVA, CVA, Bankruptcy or Winding Up Orders. Preparing files for litigation when required. Ad-hoc administration tasks as required. Criteria: Minimum of 1 year's administrative experience within a finance department. Experience of account reconciliation. Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel. Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks. Closing date: 18th June 2019.
