Quant Financial Analyst - London - £65,000 - £85,000 Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen within a field leading client of ours based very close to Liverpool Street Station, who are currently looking to recruit a Quant Financial Analyst to join a small team of highly skilled engineers and data scientists working on a highly innovative FinTech product. Key Responsibilities Contribute to MSX product evolution across asset classes Provide subject matter expertise knowledge Communicate ideas with customers and internal teams and work directly with clients to develop their own requirements Work with developers to define/refine data models Write and refine pricing models Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner Contribute to UX design and visualization of complex models Skills & Experience Required Domain knowledge of Rates/Credit/FX/Equities Programming skills in Python (and/or R, C++) Solid business understanding of either Buy-Side or Sell-Side Good understanding of pricing analytics in at least one asset class Solid understanding of market data Strong mathematical and statistical skills Desirable Understanding of thinking and expectations of sales and/or trading users Excellent written and good verbal communication skills Active team member willing to help and mentor colleagues Able to solve complex problems in a pragmatic and commercially-minded way Learning Opportunities The successful candidate will join a small team of highly skilled engineers and data scientists working on a highly innovative FinTech product.
