A market leader within the Defence & Aerospace industry are now seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team in Basildon. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary fantastic company benefits. Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be able and willing to obtain SC clearance. The primary purpose of this position is to provide financial and accounting expertise and guidance to management and other functions within the business. Key responsibilities include managing the preparation of Statutory accounts for a number of companies to strict timetables, in addition to managing company accounting practices and internal control environment through active engagement and support to the creation/implementation of company policies.
