CMA Recruitment Group is working on behalf of a market leading global business near Eastleigh, Hampshire, to recruit a technically strong Finance Risk & Controls Lead, on a permanent basis, to manage the risk and control assessment across a business wide project. Duties will include: Assist the business process leads and local teams with risk assessments to identify where controls are required Create/develop and test new controls identified via relevant training sessions Assist in the design of all existing and new reports to ensure that these are audit compliant Liaise with the project compliance team to understand the automated system controls and how they complement manual controls Liaise with internal audit and consolidations and controls teams to ensure changes in controls are communicated and updated centrally where required Assess the requirement for cross system controls where other systems integrate with the new ERP system. Suitable applicants will offer extensive internal controls, risk and compliance experience, ideally within an internationally operating organisation. Knowledge of a large ERP system is vital due to the nature of the project this position supports, whilst excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
