We are a leading Fintech business based in the City currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in a part time role (2-3 days per week) for a one year contract. We are open to what days/times you would choose to work and would consider partial home-working. Reporting into the Head of Finance you will be responsible for a group of payrolls across EMEA and APAC and be the subject matter expert and processing specialist. A typical day will involve processing payroll (new joiners, internal movements/transfers), assisting with employee queries, data entry into ADP, benefits administration, reporting and ad hoc payroll requests. You will be a key point of contact for our payroll vendor. This role will also play a big part in continuous improvement and ensuring our processes are robust. To be considered successful you must have: Relevant Payroll Processing experience and exposure (ideally with multiple international locations across EMEA and/or APAC) Significant experience of both ADP platforms (Streamline & Freedom) Strong vendor management experience High level of initiative and want to be involved in documenting best practice and streamlining processes Excellent communication skills - both internal and external High levels of attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader currently going through exciting levels of growth.
