Veritrec are currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of an exciting tech company based in Oxford who are now seeking a part time Finance/ HR Manager to support their team. The ideal candidate would be preferably have both HR and Finance Experience and be able to commit to 5 hours per day 5 days a week (depending on company requirements) Hands on for all aspects of finance department (all data entry, credit control, supplier payments, bank reconciliation; create and review profit and loss and balance sheet, manage budgeting process, fully integrated cash flow forecast, prepare "file" for year-end accounts) Hands on for all aspects of payroll and auto enrollment Design, document, introduce, manage and improve processes Experienced with company secretarial tasks for small UK limited companies Preferably experienced with Xero and/or Sage 200 Preferably experienced with HR Able to create well structured, maintainable Excel based financial reports and models QBE Qualified (or equivalent) Also happy to pick up duties within a start up environment such as Health & Safety and other general adhoc duties Building moderately complex Excel Models / reports Experience in accounts software implementations (particularly report design / creation) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/86945023
