Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in Quedgeley , in their search for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to start immediately on a temporary basis until October. Duties include: Checking purchase invoices against orders Processing invoices and posting onto Sage Accounts system Preparing payment runs and posting payments through the bank Reconciling purchase ledger accounts to statements Over-seeing and assisting in the completion of the Purchase Ledger month en Liaising with staff and suppliers to resolve purchase ledger queries The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will have excellent organisation and time management skills, be computer literate, particularly Excel and Word, with a high level of concern for accuracy and attention to detail. Previous Sage Accounts experience would be an asset although not essential, however we do require someone who has prior purchase ledger experience and able to deal with a high volume of processing.
