Financial Accountant My client, one of London's leading Universities is looking for a qualified Accountant to join their high performing team. Day to day duties: Manage, mentor and develop team of accounts assistants Act as a link between the financial and management accounting sides of the organisation In depth balance sheet reconciliations Maintain fixed asset register Coordinate business partnering with other departments across the university Support tax and year end duties and liaise with Auditors Identifying and implementing improved reporting processes and procedures Ensuring timely processing of staff expenses and purchase cards Various ad-hoc duties as required by Head of Financial Control Required skills: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) Experience training and mentoring staff Strong Excel skills Knowledge of the Agresso financial system would be beneficial Experience or knowledge of Higher Education Please contact Boston Hale immediately if you wish to be considered for this challenging position
