Finance Manager, Harrow £50,000 - £60,000pa Interaction Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a multi-billion pound company based in Harrow, within the Ecommerce industry. We are looking to recruit a leader with a passion for success. Youll be an expert within the Accounting field with hunger to continue learning whilst possessing a positive and driven attitude. Due to recent expansion, our client is looking to recruit an exceptional, hands-on Finance Manager to lead their Finance team and manage all accounting and finance related functions for their company and its group brands. The successful candidate will possess a strong background within the Ecommerce industry. Youll be confident in dealing with high levels of day to day transactions, automation and system integration. Key Responsibilities Oversee all activities of the accounting and finance department, and managing a small finance team Set objectives and goals for the finance department - providing ongoing support and mentor the team. including the month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, payroll, tax, commission pay out plans, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash management. Provide prospective and future analysis FP&A to the leadership, for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the group businesses Responsible for the submission of taxes (payroll, sales , corporate tax, etc.) to the Government authorities Liaise and coordinate in the process of raising private equity, such as providing all financials, plans and data required Provide the marketing department with detailed metrics via analysis to allow the marketing team to growth hack Dealing with the recruitment of new staff members when required, including the interview and hiring process. Manage the external audits and oversee the relationships with the auditors to ensure efficient year end audit. Ensure accounting policies & procedures are in line with regulations. Ensure accurate tax accounting and tax compliance processes. Essentials Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a controller or within a financial leadership role, with management experience Experience within Ecommerce or manufacturing industry is essential Highly analytical - ability to research, extract, summarise and communicate complex information Skilled in successfully establishing and implementing processes and procedures Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with key stakeholders at all levels Qualifications Degree in Finance or Accounting Qualified ACCA or CIMA preferred If this position is of interest to you and you hold the relevant experience and requirements, then please submit your CV today
