Are you looking for a part time role that balances work with family life? Our client are a well known long serving business and due to growth they are now recruiting a Accounts/ Accounts Payable Administrator on a part time permanent basis. The position offers around 12-15 hours per week worked across 3 days of your choice. Some flexibility may be required on a adhoc basis to cover holiday periods. Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include: Ability to reconcile monthly control accounts including Bank Reconciliations Supplier invoice data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy Working knowledge of payroll and pension an advantage Ad hoc duties including compiling reports / filing The Person Ideally will have the ability to work on their own initiative performing to strict deadlines Working knowledge of Sage 200 or Sage 50 Working knowledge of windows 365 with good excel skills Professional and reliable For further information on this or any of our other vacancies, please call the Chester office today for a confidential discussion or alternatively forward your CV and cover letter.
