A unique and challenging opportunity has arisen within a well -known international NGO for an FP&A Manager. The role is high profile and will lead in the drive to improve reporting and planning processes, in order to provide high quality and insightful analysis to the fundraising directorate. Responsibilities will include; The development of automated, self-service reporting from existing systems Identifying and implement opportunities to leverage financial systems to improve reporting and analysis capabilities. Managing the transition to new reporting and planning tools and write reports Leading on capacity building and training of non-finance staff to improve their financial knowledge Advising the SLT on decisions with financial impact, based analysis and business insight Monitoring and evaluating product or activity performance using financial information as well as introducing and tracking of KPIs. Working with Fundraising Department Heads to produce their multiple year budgets. Reviewing financial performance to ensure that the department is cost effective and meets the organisation budget and investment expectations e.g. return on investment and performance margins. Recruiting and line manage a junior The ideal candidate will be a change agent, with proven experience improving systems and processes. You will have a strong knowledge of financial systems and ideally have experience working with business intelligence systems. You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior management to develop and shape the finance business partnering function of an international NGO with a focussed and impactful mission in developing counties.
