Permanent, full-time Job Purpose Financial management across Heat Exchange Group Key Descriptors Qualified accountant Positive attitude & strong attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing work streams. Proficient and comfortable with a range of IT systems Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop close working relations across production/technical/sales and other teams Knowledge of contract accounting Day-to-day financial management across the group comprising of multiple service lines. Short term cashflow and creditor management Experience with SAGE line 50 or 200 Preparation of management accounts Analysis of business performance - contracts, factory, financial, overheads Experience of reviewing financial controls including internal controls, audit and sign off procedures Oversee, line-manage team of 4 people, with scope to increase Supervision and responsibility for payroll Liaison with company auditors on all accounts and tax matters Liaison with company's banks and funders
