Our Client is an entrepreneurial, world leading Shipping and Oil Trading business who are seeking an Analyst to support the management reporting and commercial analysis. As the Commercial Analyst your responsibilities will be: Preparing daily/weekly/monthly/reports. Preparing monthly market and company commentaries. Detailed analysis of customer portfolio and fleet movements etc. Ad hoc research into potential new customer segments. Detailed analysis of new commercial projects. Ad hoc preparation of presentations. Keeping reports & databases up to date. Continuously strive to improve reporting processes. CRM system data management. Skills and experience Excellent analytical skills. Very strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organisational skills. Attention to detail. Keen interest in shipping and the fuel markets. Team player, able to communicate effectively across different geographies and cultures.
