Part Time Financial Controller (25 to 30 hours per week) Job Description Work with Pegasus Opera Financial Software and XRL along with MS Office 365 suite of software. Prepare monthly management accounts. Prepare year end accounts for audit. Agree inter-company turnover and balances. Raise payments & transfers for UK and foreign creditors. Manage VAT, Intrastats and quarterly EC Sales List. Work with our Credit Controller to manage trade debtors. Review medical, insurance and permanent health and pensions benefits. Credit check new accounts. Oversee day-to-day expenses. Petty cash records and balances monthly & quarterly. Oversee stock management and cut-off for goods in transit. Annual budgeting of overheads and inter-company purchases. Present results to the UK board of Directors. Manage ISO Quality Team - quarterly reviews & annual audit. Other attributes: Ideally the candidate will work well as a leading member of a small team, be proactive in searching out cost and efficiency savings and looking for commercial opportunities. Hours are flexible in the region of 25 to 30 per week.
