Position Overview We seek a highly motivated and proactive Group Senior Finance Manager with extraordinary attention to detail and accuracy. A qualified accountant with a proven record of outstanding performance should apply. The person must be able to work with sensitive and confidential information. Strong verbal, written communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential. This role will involve working closely with a widely dispersed finance team across the accesso group to pull together our group reporting and undertaking various routine treasury management, forecasting and special projects. The candidate would need to have the ability to influence and drive improvements across the group's finance teams. Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are vital in order to meet our internal and external deadlines and filing requirements.

Responsibilities:
Collating monthly group reporting to prepare consolidated management information Enhancing the usability and relevance of key metrics and KPIs for the business units Half year and full year statutory consolidation and supporting schedules Develop the treasury function and manage the weekly cash flow for the group Manage the group's share-based payment schemes including compliance and filing obligations Support the group with the integration of future acquisitions Facilitation of improvements and achieving consistency of reporting across the group finance function Requirements: Individual should have obtained an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualification High level of proficiency with Excel Exposure to international groups/IFRS preferred Ability to identify and drive improvements across a finance function Demonstrate 8 years of progressively responsible experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Listed company accounting experience and an understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding AIM listed companies is a plus Bachelor's degree in accounting is a plus Familiarity with Intacct accounting software would be a plus but not required.
