Finance Business Analyst Property 50/60K SW London I am proud to be exclusively collaborating with a hyper-growth property scaleup who owing to recent acquisition within the business are looking to build out their commercial finance function and consequently are hiring a Finance Business Analyst. As FBA, you will be reporting directly into the FP&A Manager, assisting in building the FP&A function and business-partnering arm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful expanding business on an upward trajectory. responsibilities:
-Business partnering across heads of divisions and equity partners to communicate the story of finance and its importance within the business -Full ownership of producing monthly management accounts including balance sheet recs -Management of budgeting and forecasting providing variance analysis and BP to build relationships with budgeting holders -Assisting with the prep of monthly Gross Profit Analysis across partners -Assist the FRM in prep of end of year stat accounts -Project work across the business including systems implementations Profile: -ACCA/CIMA qualified -Experience in high-growth, adapting businesses is a MUST -Must be strong-minded, intelligent and proactive with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders -Must be a self-starter with strong ambitions that can drive business growth -Strong financial modeller Please get in touch ASAP
