Financial Controller £40-50k, Depending on Experience Full Time, Permanent Position Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join one of our top clients based in Eastleigh. The Role: Controlling all aspects of the financial planning and analysis process Work closely with the CFO on financial strategy including annual budgets Regularly assessing the financial reporting environment to identify risk and introduce mitigating internal controls and/or improve existing controls as appropriate Designing and producing accurate, relevant and timely reports on a monthly and annual basis for historic, budget and forecast financial information Presenting management accounts to internal and external stakeholders as required Managing the annual external audit process including the drafting of the statutory accounts Managing the annual budgeting process Analysing ongoing and ad hoc financial information as necessary to inform the management team and promote effective decision-making Managing the Finance Team to ensure its effectiveness and promoting the continuous personal development of the individuals in the team Overseeing financial reporting Managing both sales and purchase ledger functions Preparation of audit files and VAT returns The Ideal Candidate: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical accounting experience (essential) Experience working within an Audit firm (desirable) Advanced Excel user Experience using Navision/ERP system (desirable) Strong communication skills in order to build good working relationships across the organisation Ability to work with a high level of accuracy under pressure and to deadlines Please contact Leanne Storey at Dynamite Recruitment for more details or apply now Finance Manager Financial Controller CIMA ACCA ACA Accounts Manager Financial Planning Financial Analysis Financial Reporting ERP Navision Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
