Located in modern offices in Manchester, you will become part of a strong team with a real sense of unity and camaraderie. Due to consistent year on year growth, the need has been identified for a Billings Specialist to assume responsibility for monthly billing (B2B). You will report directly to the Finance Director, and there will be plenty of opportunities to further develop due to the continued growth of the Group. The Finance Director is a great support and actively sets time aside to develop the team. You will be responsible for all aspects of billing. This will extend to:
• Ensuring all porting activities are completed and rejects are cleared.
• Creating & importing new tariffs and service charges.
• Setting up new customers & dealing with billing queries.
• Responsible for raising accurate & timely sales invoices and credit notes.
• Provide revenue assurance on monthly billing.
• Checking supplier invoices. The successful candidate will have ideally worked within the telecoms and/or tech sector, and have knowledge of the 'Ability' system.
