Assistant Accountant

Exciting new role as an Assistant Accountant for an Infrastructure company based in London Bridge

Your new company
An established construction firm based near London bridge is looking for an assistant management accountant to join the team. The finance team is large due to the nature of the business. This role has become available due to natural progression of one of the team members.

Your new role
Your role will be varied and include the following duties:

• Monthly Journal Entries (Accruals, Prepayments)
• Sole Management of oversea entity
• Assisting with Management Reports
• Assisting with Statutory Reports
• Assisting with Purchase Ledger/ Sales Ledger
• Ad Hoc Reporting

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to have a solid grasp of Double Entry Accounting, be able to work in a busy finance team with enthusiasm and maintain strong business relationships. Ideally this will suit a candidate who has been working in an assistant accountant role and is looking to move into a company which will offer progression and study support.
