A hugely successful Lancashire business who specialise in their area of business and are looking to continue the development of the business. Looking at new strategies and ventures. With strong profits and ambitious growth plans the business is looking for a Finance Manager who can help take them on this journey.
Your new role
You will be the Finance Manager of a very successful business. Leading a team of 3. The purpose of this post is to manage the Company's accounts function, ensuring that the the team provides financial administration, support and all of the required information, in line with the needs and requirements of the department and wider business. You will be involved in the production of management and statutory information whilst looking at process improvements across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be extremely hands-on, this is an office based role which requires flexibility, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail at all times. A good can do attitude is absolutely essential with a willingness to get stuck into the the minor detail. Due to the nature of the role an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or overseas equivalent).
