Your new role
This role will suit someone looking for a varied role that combines Finance, Admin and HR into one. Reporting into the Home manager you will be a integral part of the exceptional service the home brings to its residents.
Your responsibilities will include-
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Petty cash
- Credit Control
- Ensure filling system is accurate and up to date
- Provide support to resident families
- Provide support to Home Manager
- Undertake DBS checks
- Advise employees on HR policies
- Ensure team complete induction
- Comply with and monitor company's supervision and appraisal system
- Recruitment for the home
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit someone who is not looking for a corporate environment who doesn't mind being hands on. You will need to have finance experience but would suit someone who potentially come from a care background or has an interest in giving something back to the community. This role will be subject to a DBS check.
