Your new company
Hays Credit Specialists are delighted to be working exclusively with a manufacturing company based in Abingdon. They are looking for an experienced credit controller to join their credit control team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be working within the Credit Control Team, supporting the Credit Manager. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Having responsibility for own ledger.
• Engaging with clients in order to ensure overdue payments are paid.
• Resolve any client queries.
• Raising credit notes.
• Cash allocation

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will ideally have previous credit control and customer service experience with good communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be in charge of your own ledger and workload, so have good organisation and time management skills is a must. You will also be confident with software such as Excel.
