Multi Award winning services business based in South Cerney is seeking a Financial Controller. You will be a qualified accountant, ideally with some experience of team management. It would also be desirable, but not essential, if you have experience within the financial services sector. Reporting into the Financial Director, you will be primarily responsible for the financial control activities. Responsibilities include: Supervise the Finance team on a day to day basis, coordinating workload as required Ensure management information is accurate and efficiently reported Take responsibility for the department in the absence of the Finance Director Liaise with other departments and project teams to implement and test new systems and procedures. Be Involved in the recruitment and training of the department's staff.
