As a data specialist you will be responsible for receiving data from the investment teams, editing, creating investor reports and quarterly reporting. Key

Responsibilities:
Review the marketing communications Work alongside the fund managers to help produce quarterly reports Review and distribute business proposals Co-ordinate responses to client requests and ensure that the content is delivered to clients appropriately Responding to investor queries Ensure that the marketing templates / documents are updated regularly and are complaint to industry standards Help the managers with industry research and reviews Due diligence for fund raising initiatives Stakeholder management Required Skills: Degree in Information Systems / Finance / Mathematics / Economics or a similar discipline Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint 2 years in a marketing role within Investment Management / Asset Management industry is essential / mandatory Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills - ability to interact with people across levels Attention to detail with content skills The Ocean Partnership is a recruitment and inclusion consultancy dedicated to the investment industry.
