COMPLIANCE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION ?Responsible for developing and implementing governance, regulatory oversight, quality training & FCA compliance ?Keeping up to date with relevant changes to ensure the business remains fully compliant and implementing changes as required e.g GDPR & FCA regulations ?Training (including design/support of the same) and updating all staff on changes to any regulatory changes in policy ?Answering general compliance queries from clients ?Ensuring all complaints and notifications of dissatisfaction are handled efficiently, fairly and within the regulatory requirements ?Lead the business through ISO 9001/2008 & 27001 accreditations ?Management of Risk Log and reporting to the board detailing any changes/feedback as required COMPLIANCE MANAGER PERSON SPECIFICATION ?Ability to build and maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers whilst giving guidance where compliance standards are not met ?An understanding of motor finance agreements, voluntary terminations and recovery practices would be advantageous ?Able to work autonomously using initiative or as part of a team ?Excellent attention to detail ?Able to work in a fast paced and busy environment ?Excellent communication skills- written & verbal ?Computer literate - working knowledge of MS Office ?Adaptable approach to working hours ?Full UK Driving Licence JS Recruitment UK Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
