They are now seeking an Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager to join their highly-skilled Business Advisory Services (BAS) Department in London. So, if you want to become a crucial member of our client's Business Advisory Services Department and put your leadership skills to the test, this is the role for you. The Role As the Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager, you will service clients, lead, manage, develop and coach an Audit Team and direct all assurance services they deliver. This is a hands-on role in which you will also manage your own portfolio. Supporting Senior Managers when required, you will ensure the work your team carry out is to the highest standards in order to maintain client satisfaction. Your role will also involve: - Leading audits on owner-managed businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and UK subsidiaries of large multinational groups - Undertaking a range of people management activities including resources planning, performance management, training and development - Managing client relationships and acting as an ambassador for the firm - Maintaining and developing your technical abilities - Communicating client information and issues to the Partner or Senior Manager - Guiding and supervising more junior members of staff About You Interested? To be considered as an Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager, you will need: - Previous experience in audit and accounts at a minimum of supervisory and/or leadership level - A full, valid driving licence and access to your own car - Excellent communication skills - Great engagement abilities Although not essential, an ACA or ACCA qualification would be beneficial to your application. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel would also be an advantage. Any experience with CCH Accounts Production and CCH Audit Automation (Pro Audit), Xero or Sage Line 50, would be equally desirable. Other organisations may call this role Accounts Senior, Audit Senior, Auditor, Accounts Senior, Senior Auditor, Audit Supervisor, Audit Team Lead, Accounts Supervisor, or Accounts Team Leader. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm. Flexibility on these hours will be considered for the right candidate.
